Shezad was delighted when we took his holiday photos and created the background images for his website pages. It worked extremely well and fitted into our app-styled design, allowing us to add more links without overloading the page and ruining the appearance.

The members of Shezique Fitness can monitor their progress through a variety of monitoring tools. Our progress photos allow for side-by-side comparison giving a 360 snapshot of before and afters. We have also added this side-by-side feature to our performance videos, a great feature for reminding clients how far they have come. For example, it can take time for the scales to change, or to see a visible difference as a result of your training efforts but you will see an improvement in your performance and find yourself exercising with better technique or achieving more reps.

SIMPLE BUT EFFECTIVE FITNESS TIPS FOR EVERYDAY PEOPLE

Below shows how simple the nutritional side of the online coaching system looks. Shezad simply adds the numbers and our coding will calculate the percentage split for protein, fats and carbohydrates. You'll also notice 2 x meal suggestions have been added. We built Shezad a fitness library where he can add, amend or delete both food and exercise entries. To build individual plans he selects items from his fitness library and can even save, load and delete workouts and meal plans to save even more time in the future.

The online offering is split into three membership levels as detailed below:

Gold - Workouts, weekly progress meetings and technique review, daily calorie allowance and macronutrient split, meal suggestions and detailed meal plans

Silver - Workouts, access to fitness comparison tools, daily calorie allowance and macronutrient split with a personalised message from the Coach and meal suggestions.

Bronze - Workouts, access to fitness comparison tools, daily calorie allowance and macronutrient split.
